RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
We appreciate your business but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
Returns
We only accept returns due to fit issues or incorrect orders on our part. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will only issue refunds if items are returned (for reasons stated above) or orders are past TAT. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
All items ship within 10-20 business days after date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. This does not include weekends or holidays. Items are shipped either first class or priority mail via USPS.
Sweetest Pea is no longer responsible for items once they are in the possession of USPS.
Shipping Costs for Returned Items
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be provided with a return label. Upon arrival and inspection of your return, if you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
SAFETY DISCLAIMER
All materials used meet CPSC Safety Requirements. Please do not leave children unattended with bows or any other items that may be considered a choking hazard. Sweetest Pea Children's Boutique is not responsible for any accidents that may occur.
